A penthouse that develops over three levels, connected by a monumental spiral staircase. The keyword of this residence is customization, evident in the interior design of all the environments: luxurious materials and tailor-made design objects give the home a contemporary allure, while remaining deeply rooted in highly personal stylistic codes, reinterpreted by the design studio. Lualdi provided doors, sliding systems, panelling, custom tall units, and boiserie. Each element is embellished by custom finishes, from the covering materials of door panels and surfaces to the handles, all made to the architects’ design. The Wall&Door system, with integrated hinged door, features a brushed brass finish for the entrance and first-floor hallway of the residence, while the sliding pocket door L41 wears the bedroom wall fabric on one side and shines with a mirror finish on the other. The same technique is found on the second floor with the design of the Compassline, which marks the entrance to the kitchen with a bronzed sheet metal door and custom recessed handle, while the other side characterizes the dining room with a mirror finish. On the same floor, the living and dining area features soft colours that define both the furniture and the walls, covered in fabric, which integrate a new Wall&Door system with curved surfaces, equipped with a bar cabinet. The purity of the pastel tones is interrupted by accents of Thermowood oak and green marble for the entrances to the living area, on Compassline and Rasoline 55s doors. These same finishes are repeated on the top floor with the Wall&Door system that this time characterizes the access to the cinema room.
