A luxury penthouse spanning three levels, connected by a monumental spiral staircase, where customization is the defining element of the entire residence. The interior design balances contemporary allure and personal stylistic codes, blending luxurious materials with tailor-made furnishings designed by the architecture studio.

For this project, Lualdi supplied a comprehensive system of design doors, including sliding doors, Rasomuro flush-to-the-wall doors, bespoke wardrobes, luxury boiserie, and custom paneling. Each element is enriched with exclusive finishes, from the surface materials of the door panels to the handles, all made according to the architects’ design specifications.

The Wall&Door system, with an integrated flush-to-the-wall hinged door, features a brushed brass finish, marking the entrance and first-floor hallway of the residence. In the bedroom, the Pocket L41 concealed sliding door is designed with a dual finish:

• One side clad in fabric, blending seamlessly with the wall covering
• The other side finished in mirrored glass, enhancing natural light and spaciousness

The second floor features a Compassline pivot door in bronzed sheet metal, equipped with a custom recessed handle, marking the entrance to the kitchen. On the opposite side, the mirror-finished surface elegantly characterizes the dining area, creating a sophisticated contrast.

On the same floor, the living and dining areas are enveloped in soft-toned fabrics, which integrate seamlessly into a Wall&Door system with curved surfaces, fitted with a built-in bar cabinet. This harmonious aesthetic is punctuated by accents of Thermowood oak and green marble, defining the entrances to the living area through the Compassline and Rasoline 55s doors.

This stylistic coherence continues on the top floor, where the custom Wall&Door system frames the entrance to the home cinema, reinforcing the seamless flow of spaces through a precise interplay of materials and colors.

Every design element in this penthouse embodies the excellence of tailor-made craftsmanship, combining luxury interior sliding doors, bespoke boiserie, and premium contract-grade materials, ensuring a perfect fusion of aesthetic appeal, functional innovation, and architectural precision.
