The residences designed by Studio Libeskind use the classic courtyard arrangement and the down-to-earth materials typical of the surrounding historical district  of Milan, accompanied by an asymmetrical stratification of the façades. The residential buildings are located on the perimeter of the site to the south and climbing up towards park to the north. Each building is crowned with double-height penthouses, conceived to be perceived as “villas”, featuring  large terraces, high-spec finishes, and city views. Each of these “villas in the sky” offers a completely unique layout and shape that highlights the different floors of the buildings, integrating the large-scale structures into the rich and varied urban fabric around it.
