Not far from the Bay of Kotor, on the northern coast of Montenegro, Budva is a renowned tourist and seaside resort. Over recent years, Montenegro has experienced an impressive rise in property developments, with projects by international names such as Serbian firm Projmetal, whose design office (project led by architect Misa Dimitrijevic) has completed the Dukley Gardens and Residences resort, offering apartments ranging in size from 60 to over 200 square metres situated on a promontory just south of the old town.
