Situated in the prestigious Bantry Bay neighborhood of Cape Town, the Aurum Presidential Suites redefine contemporary luxury living. This residential complex comprises two distinct buildings, offering residences ranging from 125 to 800 square meters. Each unit is meticulously designed with high-end finishes and expansive panoramic windows that seamlessly connect the interior spaces to the breathtaking ocean views.​

For this project, Lualdi developed bespoke solutions for both the eight units in the presidential building and the fifteen units in the luxury building, providing:​

• Sliding systems and glass partitions: to promote fluidity and natural light throughout the architecture.​
• Custom interior doors: harmoniously integrated with the overall interior design.​
• Entrance and partition solutions: featuring refined finishes that align perfectly with the project’s concept.​

Lualdi Installed:

• Shoin: a system of sliding glass walls with aluminum profiles, designed to ensure visual continuity and spatial flexibility.​
• Avenue: custom-made boiserie with integrated doors, providing an essential and sophisticated aesthetic.​
• LCD62: custom-designed interior doors tailored to the project’s specific requirements.​
• Filorei 60: entrance doors with personalized finishes, combining security and elegance.

These solutions were selected to achieve a perfect balance between aesthetics, functionality, and innovation, resulting in refined and welcoming environments.
