Situated between Golden Beach and Sunny Isles, 2000 Ocean redefines the concept of luxury residential living in Florida. Designed by renowned architects Enrique Norten and TEN Arquitectos, the project features an elegant architectural language and a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The residential tower includes 64 units, comprising full-floor penthouses, half-floor residences, and a duplex villa—all designed with premium finishes and panoramic ocean views. The complex also includes a wellness pavilion immersed in a bamboo garden, a Hammam, yoga studio, and a fitness center overlooking curated gardens.
