The discussion, moderated by Daniel Gava, featured Steven Blaess from Clivedale, a super-prime property developer creating luxury residential apartments, commercial, and hotel developments in London; Anna Vallius from Vibry Ross, a London-based female-led construction company with strong architectural roots; and Rupinder Mann from UnNamed Ventures, a company helping organisations design work environments for performance by using human behaviour insights.
Starting from the evolution of client demands over the last ten years, particularly in
terms of functionality, well-being, and design, the panel of speakers discussed the challenges faced in making work environments effective and adaptable for today’s world.
Flexibility and sustainability will continue to be key constants in designing physical spaces, maintaining their relevance despite rapid technological changes and the growing prevalence of hybrid work.
