BASIC REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a profile with a high degree of seniority with consolidated experience in the role (at least 15 years) and achieved at companies modernly organized (pertaining to the sectors of Wood/ Furniture -Ceramics – Kitchens – Design – Construction).
Advanced knowledge of at least two foreign languages (primarily English and French) and familiarity with the use of modern tools useful for the effectiveness and efficiency of the business proposition (e.g. CRM, integrated communication plans, etc.).
It is essential to have a solid background in the management of commercial structures and indirect networks.

ACTIVITIES FORESEEN BY THE POSITION
In addition to the sales activities, the candidate will define short and long-term commercial strategies for both the Italian and foreign markets, with the aim of managing and increasing the current customer portfolio.
He/She will be responsible for evaluating new business development opportunities and mapping the target market.
He/She will have to coordinate and supervise the activity of the commercial office and the resources to this afferent aiming at the maximum organizational efficiency and implementing new solutions for the improvement of the sale performance.
He/She will be guarantor towards the direction of the attainment of the commercial objectives realizing to mount and to valley punctual reportistica and data of synthesis (budgeting and commercial reports). It will be among his/her responsibilities to coordinate with other offices in order to define a timely strategic positioning in terms of pricing definition and, in general, contractual and commercial strategies.
He/She will maintain relationships with key clients with a view to customer loyalty.
Supported by a strong and recognized brand on both the domestic and international market, he/she will be assisted in the generation of leads and prospects by a structured marketing function at both operational and strategic levels.

Degree in Economics or Architecture
